Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, fasting, and macro-nutrients (carbs, fats, and proteins). Instead of creating lists of restrictions and and labeling foods as "good" and "bad," I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes. As these pieces accumulate and stick, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.
