Through these programs we will be utilizing the TASS system (track, add, substitute, subtract) to build healthy habits that stick long after you've completed the program. We will focus on dietary habits and overall health as opposed to a specific exercise program. The goal of all these programs is to help you overcome injury and illness, and stop any nagging ailments that are preventing you from becoming your best self.
This is not a "one size fits all" program. All the materials, workouts, food plans, action plans, and consultations are tailored to your individual needs, tastes, goals, and available resources. You'll learn how to motivate yourself to keep improving, safely work through injuries, prevent future non-contact injuries, control cravings and optimize the resources you have.
While I offer 180 and 90 plans, the goal is consistent, steady improvement. As my hero Tony Horton says "Do your best; forget the rest!" If you never have to spend another dollar on PT or gimmicky diet plans, you win!
